Cornwall's Lizard Peninsula

 


I know  my wife and I and live in Cornwall but we had a break away from home  on  Cornwall's L izard Peninsula -  one of our favourite  places.

The view below shows the Lighthouse and Heritage Centre on the cliffs.


Lots of greenery on the cliff tops.


Moving on now to a short stroll  t0 Church Cove. A lovely peaceful atmosphere - but could do with a new sign!

    Good to see you had a break away and in such a beautiful location too. You must be spoilt for choice in your area. Lovely colours in the flowers and little coves. The view down into the bay with the blue sky reflected in the water reminds me of our holiday in Cornwall. One day, looking down on a similar bay, we could see Basking Sharks! Take care Mike, David and Popcorn.

      Hello David we had a lovely relaxed break with lots of walks in the sunshine. We stayed in a caravan, so nothing special, but with walks and the sea nearby . Nice to get away and relax
