I know my wife and I and live in Cornwall but we had a break away from home on Cornwall's L izard Peninsula - one of our favourite places.
The view below shows the Lighthouse and Heritage Centre on the cliffs.

Good to see you had a break away and in such a beautiful location too. You must be spoilt for choice in your area. Lovely colours in the flowers and little coves. The view down into the bay with the blue sky reflected in the water reminds me of our holiday in Cornwall. One day, looking down on a similar bay, we could see Basking Sharks! ReplyDeleteHello David we had a lovely relaxed break with lots of walks in the sunshine. We stayed in a caravan, so nothing special, but with walks and the sea nearby . Nice to get away and relax

Hello Mike, I've missed your posts in the last months and was wondering if you might resume them. I do hope you didn't take too much of a battering in the recent storm. It sounds as if it was dreadful. Anyway, this is just to wish you and your family everything of the best for 2026, and I hope you'll consider blogging again!
